Another Year Finished

27 May

Well, we finished (and survived) our second year of homeschooling. It was a lot busier and more tiring than I thought it would be, hence my lack of adequate blog posts for the year, but I feel it went well. My son learned cursive, long multiplication and division, decimals, about the US States and Presidents, improved his spelling, and learned how to use MS Word and Powerpoint, and numerous other things this year. It was very productive. This weekend will consist of finishing up grades and reports I have to complete.

What’s in store for next year? Only time will tell. I have yet to even fully select my son’s curriculum for next year, but with more research I should have an idea of what I’m ordering by the end of next week. Now it’s on to a break for him and month of preparations for the upcoming school year for me.

Enjoy your summer breaks!
